2. OBJECTIVES:
This discipline intends to allow students to think critically about questions enhancing new technologies of information and communication usage in language learning-teaching context, especially the English language one. Besides, it intends to discuss on-line education (bled learning and e-learning modes), by considering its new methodological possibilities, new manners of constructing interaction between school actors and new ways of accessing informations.
3. COURSE SUMMARY:
* New technologies of information and communication;
* Communications and information tools;
* The role of participants of learning-teaching process in digital context, at on-line interactivity and in collaborative bled learning/e-learning by using the cyberspace.
4. CONTENTS:
* Education in a cyberculture era;
* Web 2.0 - The social Web;
* Education and the main Web 2.0 tools (MOODLE, Weblogs (Blogs/Tlogs) and Wikis);
5. METHODOLOGY:
* Text reading and discussing (e-learning mode)
* Workshops (bled learning mode)
* Individual activities: elaboration, presentation and discussing (bled learning and e-learning modes)
* Collaborative project : elaboration, presentation and discussing (bled learning and e-learning modes)
6. EVALUATION STRATEGIES:
* Participation in MOODLE forums (quantity and quality) - 100 pt;
* Performance in collaborative project - BLOG - 100 pt;
* Performance in collaborative project - WIKI - 100 pt. TAREFA
